The DTC Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing tastings, developing and maintaining lifetime customer relationships by offering personalized, first-class, client experience at every touch point – ranging from the public tasting room to exclusive private tastings, to phone and email customer care, to public and private events on and off site.
