"Lenticular is superior to Plate and Frame in that the setup time and complexity are greatly diminished. The enclosed nature of the Lenticular housing means instances of oxygen pickup are reduced. Another great advantage of lenticular filtration using the SupraDISCII modules is the ability to do both forward and backward regeneration cycles which greatly extend the lifespan of the filter media. Unlike filter pads, these modules can be backflushed and then stored in an SO2 solution to be used again, which is a very nice feature.
