Interns will participate in all aspects of harvest cellar work, including but not limited to fruit receival and processing, pressing and barrel work, ferment management through punchdowns, pumpovers, additions and inoculations, tank and barrel movements, and occasional grape sampling. There will be no shortage of cleaning. We expect our interns to be motivated, efficient, and operate with safety in mind at all time.
