Oops, I did it again!”
Have you ever blurted out something that was on your mind, only to think, “Oh, no! I can’t believe I actually just said that” or “I should have said that differently?”
Leaders influence through their words and actions. Communication is critical to the success of EVERY leader in EVERY organization.

The good news is that “What to say,” “When to say it,” and “How to say it” are all LEARNED skills.
For over 30 years, The Personnel Perspective has developed and led training programs for companies on a wide variety of topics. Through our consulting we see many trends in business. One very important one is the correlation between communication and the effectiveness of leaders. In order to build skills and improve communication within the business setting, we have developed a brand new training program called

Communicate for Success.
How much value would you gain from enabling communication effectiveness to become one of your core strengths? How much more revenue can you generate? How many more programs can you sell internally? How much more effective can you become as a leader or manager inside your organization?

If, like me, you want to see what you are buying before you spend money, we invite you to a special “peek inside” the Communicate for Success program. If you contact us by July 8, we will register you for a special FREE 30 minute “preview” session, to give you a feel and clear understanding of what to expect, what you will receive, and give of a clear picture of the transformation you may expect to see if you go through the program.
It might just change your life.

Standing in the Power of “No”

This session is the sixth in our Communicate for Success series.
Session 6 focuses on the importance of articulating needs, developing healthy boundaries, and delivering a firm “No” when communicating. Think of your yesses as a commodity—and when you are brave enough to say no, their value goes up. Saying yes means something. It's no longer just a passive answer. Even if a “maybe” is the best you can do, you have at least given yourself some time to put more thought into the decision.

August 12, 2021, via Zoom – 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Communicating with a Diverse Audience

This session is the seventh in our Communicate for Success series.
Session 7 focuses on how to communicate in ways that are inclusive of the diversity found within today’s workplace such as how gender, age, language, culture, and other factors influence communication and interactions.
