“We have 18 large tanks we do pump-overs on, normally we have 2-3 guys working 5-6 pump-over devices and it would take us roughly about three to four hours to hit all those tanks. With the Aerosmooth, instead of taking 30 minutes, we’re only taking 5 minutes with one guy and in about an hour and a half we can do all 18 tanks. The labor saving alone has made a huge difference for us, taste wise we are getting a better extraction and a better flavor profile that you get on smaller tanks.
