Ask any employee what makes their job better or worse, and the answer usually comes back to one thing: their supervisor.
The way feedback is delivered, conflict is handled, and communication flows all starts at the supervisory level. The best supervisors know how to have tough conversations without putting people on the defensive. They give feedback that motivates growth rather than just pointing out problems, and they understand that different people need different approaches. They're confident adjusting their style to fit the situation.
Our Supervisors Toolkit workshop on April 8 & 14 is designed to develop exactly these skills through hands-on practice and personalized insights from the DiSC® assessment. There's still time to register, so secure your spot here.
What We'll Work On
Day 1 (April 8) helps supervisors discover their natural leadership strengths and develop communication skills that foster real collaboration. They'll learn how to provide feedback that lands well and how to actively listen in ways that build trust.
Day 2 (April 14) tackles navigating conflict effectively, understanding power dynamics, and adapting leadership approaches to create environments where people do their best work.
The workshop runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm both days at North Coast Builders Exchange in Santa Rosa.
Great supervision doesn't happen by accident. It's a skill set that can be learned, practiced, and refined. Join us April 8 & 14 and give your supervisors the foundation to lead with confidence. Registration is closing soon, so don't wait to secure your place.
