Peregrine Mobile Bottling, LLC is bottling Castello di Amorosa's "La Fantasia" - an effervescent / frizante wine with a low alcohol content of 7.5%. The product is carbonated by a KH Tec inline Gas Management System and bottled on Peregrine's mobile bottling line using a Kosme counter-pressure filler with dual pre-evacuation and vortex filling.
