Attach Multiple Customers to a Reservation

After creating a Reservation, you have the option to attach multiple Customer Records to it. This not only allows you to gather more information about all the guests in a group during the Reservation, but also provides a comprehensive history for Customers who have visited you in the past, even if they didn't book the Reservation themselves.

Gift Cards on the POS

If a customer has gift cards associated with their account, you can now view their total gift card balance right from the "Pay" screen. By simply clicking on the Gift Card payment option, you can select any of their gift cards without the need to manually enter the code.

POS Profile: Orders

If an order was taken on the POS, you can now see which POS Profile the transaction was placed on from the Order Channel card.


Cash Tip Rounding

When a cash tip is entered on the POS, you now have the option to round it. By selecting this option, the tip amount will be adjusted to the nearest dollar, making the final order total a perfectly even amount.

Shipping Promotions

In the past, when a shipping promotion was determined by the number of items in an order, all products in the shopping cart were taken into account. Now, any product that is not labeled as "Shippable" will be excluded from the promotion.

Subscription Processing

Previously, subscription shipments were processed for each customer based on the time they initially signed up for the membership. Moving forward, new shipments will be processed at midnight to provide additional clarity for both you and your customers.
