Visit us at WIN Expo Santa Rosa, December 1st, 2022, booth #148.  We have a combined booth showcasing our services and equipment (PolarClad, Vinfoil, and GoLo). 

We also have a separate tasting booth (718) from 1:45-2:45 where we will be showcasing our Alcohol Adjustment/Dealcoholization capability by presenting a series of wines starting with the original product and working through increments of adjusted alcohol levels.
