Mitroff Consulting & Associates has been retained to conduct a search for the Tax Senior Manager for our Client. This newly created role is a senior level one with advancement opportunity to Partner of the Firm. Also, please note: This position does not require more than 40 hours per week; most work 32 to 34 hours per week. You may also work remotely, if you need to, a couple of days a week.

Here is a brief version of what we are looking for:

• Twelve plus years of senior accounting experience within a CPA Firm and wine or construction industry experience, including strategic planning for growth
• Active California CPA license is required
