What's so special about the STIMULA range?

The STIMULA™ range of yeast nutrients are some of the most innovative products within the Lallemand Oenology portfolio. Yeast nutrients are generally used to nourish cells and assist them with the challenges of fermentation. The STIMULA range is different. These yeast nutrients were developed to supply optimal levels of specific amino acids, vitamins, minerals and sterols that nourish the yeast and stimulate the yeast cell functions involved in aroma metabolism.
