This position is responsible for facilitating an exceptional and memorable hospitality experience for guests through our extensive wine and culinary offerings. It requires strong leadership and management skills executed through the heart of a teacher. The candidate will be trained in each facet of the business to gain a complete understanding of the unique culture and business model, known as DANCIN. The incumbent is charged with ensuring the smooth operation of the tasting room, the development of staff, and building of the brand.
