This label for B. True Cabernet Sauvignon was built for contrast you can see and feel. Gold foil weaves through the vine work, sculpted emboss lifts the illustration off the bottle, and spot UV on the grapes adds a glassy highlight against the matte background.
The result is a classic, etched look with modern dimension, with texture you notice the moment you pick it up.

Trysk Print Solutions is excited to unveil TryskEdge™, a groundbreaking new label finishing process.

Trysk Print Solutions proudly announces the launch of TryskEdge™, an exclusive new label finishing technique that delivers a live, naturally torn edge to pressure-sensitive labels. This process introduces a raw, organic texture never before available at scale. Each label features a one-of-a-kind edge detail, bringing handcrafted character and elevated shelf presence to premium packaging.
TryskEdge™ offers brands and designers a new creative tool to express authenticity and texture, ideal for highlighting artisanal craftsmanship and small-lot production. The torn-edge finish adds dimensionality and visual intrigue, making it well-suited for wine, spirits, and specialty food packaging.
“TryskEdge™ gives designers and brand teams a new way to add tactile, authentic character to their packaging,” said Stephan Martinez, Founder & CEO of Trysk Print Solutions. “This isn’t an effect created with a special die cut. It’s a true, torn edge that introduces organic variation and texture. No two labels are exactly the same, which makes each one feel intentional and handcrafted.”

Until now, the heaviest estate-grade pressure sensitive wine label stock available was 80#. While this material can be debossed effectively, it cannot achieve the same depths as letterpress.
However, letterpress requires crafting one label at a time and hand application, so unless a winery’s production is a few hundred cases or less, it was not possible (or extremely time-consuming and expensive) to have a label on thick paper with deep letterpress relief… until now.
Stop by our booth and check out samples of our exclusive 163# paper stock, Densissima!
