Alexander Valley Winegrowers

PO Box 248, Healdsburg, CA, United States of America, 95448

At Alexander Valley Winegrowers, community is everything.

From educational programs and grower advocacy to signature events like TASTE Alexander Valley and Wine Week, none of it happens in a vacuum. It happens because of partnership. It happens because businesses across Sonoma County believe in the strength, stewardship, and future of Alexander Valley.

Today, we want to publicly and wholeheartedly thank our 2026 Annual Sponsors.

Strong Partnerships Build a Stronger Alexander Valley

When people think about wine country, they often picture vineyards and tasting rooms. What they don’t always see is the network behind the scenes — the agricultural lenders, insurance partners, hospitality leaders, local chambers, and community businesses that help power our region.

Because of these partnerships, AVW is able to:

  • Host valley-wide events that drive tourism and economic vitality
  • Provide marketing and promotional support to our winery members
  • Support educational programming for growers and vintners
  • Advocate for agricultural interests at the county and state levels
  • Foster collaboration among neighboring AVAs and business organizations
  • Create meaningful networking opportunities for our members

That kind of impact doesn’t happen alone. It happens because these businesses show up for our valley year after year.

Thank You to Our 2026 Annual Sponsors

We are proud to recognize and thank the following partners for their continued support:

  • BAHCO
  • American AgCredit
  • Wilbur-Ellis
  • Sonoma County Winegrowers
  • Peloton Photo
  • Casa Cristal Nursery
  • Peloton Culinary & Catering
  • Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce
  • Stay Healdsburg
  • Geyserville Inn
  • Treetop Digital Creative Marketing Agency
  • Ag Health Benefits Alliance of Northern California

Each of these sponsors plays a different but essential role in supporting agriculture, wine, hospitality, and the broader business community in Alexander Valley.

Investing in Agriculture, Tourism, and Community

Alexander Valley is rooted in farming. Our vineyards are generational. Our wineries are family-driven. Our businesses are local.

When our sponsors invest in AVW, they’re not just funding events — they’re investing in:

  • The long-term sustainability of Sonoma County agriculture
  • Small, family-owned wineries and growers
  • Regional tourism and hospitality
  • Education, collaboration, and community connection

They are helping preserve the character and integrity of Alexander Valley while ensuring it continues to thrive.

A Year of Momentum Ahead

With the support of our annual sponsors, we are able to plan confidently and execute boldly. From vineyard-focused programs and masterclasses to immersive consumer events and collaborative campaigns, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of impact.

We are deeply grateful for the trust these partners place in us. Their commitment allows AVW to serve our members at a higher level and strengthen the valley we all call home.

To our sponsors: thank you for standing with us. Thank you for believing in this region. And thank you for helping us build something that benefits growers, wineries, businesses, and our broader community.

Here’s to a strong year ahead in Alexander Valley.

Alexander Valley, CA — April 2026 — This April, Alexander Valley Winegrowers invite wine lovers—both new and experienced—to slow down, sip freely, and reconnect with the heart of wine country during TASTE Alexander Valley: Back to Our Roots, a month-long celebration of wine, hospitality, and genuine connection.

Running throughout the entire month of April, TASTE Alexander Valley offers a rare opportunity to experience the region without the usual barriers of tasting fees. Participating wineries will provide complimentary tastings, welcoming guests to explore at their own pace while engaging directly with the growers, winemakers, and owners who define Alexander Valley.

“TASTE Alexander Valley is about removing the barriers that often keep people from exploring wine,” said Jessie Vallery, Executive Director of Alexander Valley Winegrowers. “Whether you’re just starting to learn about wine, or you love tasting but are tired of the rising costs, this is an invitation to explore without hesitation. By removing tasting fees, we’re opening the door for visitors and locals alike to try new wines, visit wineries they may not normally access, and enjoy the genuine hospitality Alexander Valley is known for.”

Participating Wineries

Participating wineries include ACTA Wine, Silver Oak Cellars, Alexander Valley Vineyards, Trione Vineyards & Winery, Bedarra Vineyards, Lampson Family Wines, La Cienega Vineyard, Ramazzotti Wines, Mercury Wine, Robert Young Estate Winery, Stuhlmuller Vineyards, J Rickards Winery, and more.

Notably, some participating wineries are not typically open to the public, making TASTE Alexander Valley a rare opportunity to enjoy intimate tasting experiences and behind-the-scenes perspectives that are seldom available outside of this month-long event.

Wine 101 for the Next Generation

As part of its commitment to welcoming new wine drinkers, TASTE Alexander Valley is also introducing a Wine 101 crash course designed specifically for college-age and Gen Z guests of legal drinking age. Hosted at Silver Oak Cellars on Saturday, April 18th, this complimentary experience pairs a local sommelier with a vine-to-bottle immersion that is approachable, inclusive, and intentionally not snobby. Participants will learn the basics of wine—how it’s made, how to taste it, and most importantly, how to understand what they like—without pressure or pretense. Following the session, attendees will be encouraged to visit additional participating wineries to continue exploring Alexander Valley wines, all free of charge.

“We know young people are interested in wine,” Vallery added. “They just need to be met where they are and invited into the experience in a way that feels welcoming rather than overwhelming.”

Signature Experiences

In addition to complimentary tastings throughout the valley, TASTE Alexander Valley features curated experiences designed to deepen visitors’ connection to the region. Highlights include vintner pop-ups at local restaurants and hotels, an interactive tasting map via the HipMaps app, and a special Winemaker-Hosted Dinner at The Matheson on Saturday, April 18—bringing together Alexander Valley wines and exceptional cuisine for an intimate evening in downtown Healdsburg.

Make It a Getaway

Guests are encouraged to make a weekend of it—or stay longer—by taking advantage of exclusive lodging offers available throughout April at Appellation Hotel, Geyserville Inn, and Hotel Healdsburg. Special TASTE booking codes unlock discounted rates, making it easy to fully immerse yourself in Alexander Valley during one of its most beautiful—and relaxed—seasons.
